Just one of their recordings has it, 'Get Back' from 1969. McCartney wrote and sang it, it was cut 27 January 1969, and it was put out as an A-side. It came out on the Let It Be album, 11 April 1969. It was a number one on both sides of the Atlantic and it turns up stripped back on Let It Be... Naked. Electric piano solo is on it too, on three of their recordings in all.
