All Beatles songs, lyrics, recordings, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Chord transcriptions and musical analysis on this site constitute original analytical work and are presented for educational and research purposes under fair use / fair dealing principles.

The site's original content – including its tagging system, analysis methodology, database structure, visualizations, and written commentary – is © Nadav Lazar. You may reference and link to this content freely; please credit the source.

4. Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all chord transcriptions and musical analysis, but we're human (and sometimes the chords are genuinely ambiguous). The information on this site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If you spot an error, please let us know – we appreciate corrections.

5. User submissions

If you submit tag suggestions, corrections, or feedback through our contact form, you grant us permission to use that information to improve the site. We won't share your personal details with third parties.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site's data without permission. Don't use automated tools to hammer the servers. Basically, don't be that guy. Linking to individual pages is always fine and encouraged.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note the “last updated” date above.
