2. What this site is

Beatlesongs.wiki is a non-commercial, fan-made educational resource dedicated to the musical analysis of the Beatles' catalogue. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Beatles, Apple Corps Ltd., Universal Music Group, or any related entities.

3. Intellectual property

All Beatles songs, lyrics, recordings, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Chord transcriptions and musical analysis on this site constitute original analytical work and are presented for educational and research purposes under fair use / fair dealing principles.

The site's original content - including its tagging system, analysis methodology, database structure, visualizations, and written commentary - is © Nadav Lazar. You may reference and link to this content freely; please credit the source.

4. Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all chord transcriptions and musical analysis, but we're human (and sometimes the chords are genuinely ambiguous). The information on this site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. If you spot an error, please let us know - we appreciate corrections.

5. User submissions

If you submit tag suggestions, corrections, or feedback through our contact form, you grant us permission to use that information to improve the site. We won't share your personal details with third parties.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site's data without permission. Don't use automated tools to hammer the servers. Basically, don't be that guy. Linking to individual pages is always fine and encouraged.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll note the “last updated” date above.

8. Copyright claims and takedown

This site writes about the Beatles and shows small images that identify what is being discussed: album cover art, and photographs or drawings of the people involved. Those images belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification alongside commentary and criticism. No claim of ownership is made over any of them.

If you own rights in something published here and want it removed, tell us and we will act. Write to us through the contact form and include: what the work is, where on this site it appears, who you are and what right you hold, and how we can reach you. Claims are read and acted on; we would far rather remove an image than argue about one.

9. Who runs this site

Beatlesongs.wiki is an independent project run by one person, Nahdi Lazar. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Beatles, Apple Corps Ltd, or any record label. It is a work of research and commentary.

The site carries advertising and affiliate links, which are disclosed where they appear. Reach us through the contact form, which is the only channel we monitor.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site falls to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not take away rights your own country's law gives you, including the right to bring a claim where you live.
