Four recordings were made with it, from 1965 to 1969. Both ends are Lennon's, 'It's Only Love' first and 'Sun King' last, one of them 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps' (Lennon's electric guitar). Geoff Emerick engineered two of them, with Phil McDonald on 'Octopus's Garden' and 'Sun King'. On 'Octopus's Garden', backing vocals through an amplifier's tremolo for the gurgling, underwater quality. On 'It's Only Love' it is Vox AC30 built-in tremolo on George's lead guitar. Among them, 'Sun King' has Lowrey Heritage Deluxe DSO-1, and only one other recording does.
