It was used on seven recordings, from 1967 to 1969. It begins on 'Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!' and finishes on 'Maxwell's Silver Hammer'. 'Flying' (played by John Lennon) and 'Revolution 1' have it too, and five of the seven are Lennon's. Geoff Emerick engineered six of them, with Ken Scott on three. On 'Only a Northern Song' it was played by George Harrison. On 'Sexy Sadie' it was played by Paul McCartney. Of those, 'Cry Baby Cry' has whistling, and only two other recordings do.
