From 1965 to 1970, nine Beatles recordings have time signature change in them. 'I've Just Seen a Face' opens the run and 'I Me Mine' closes it. 'We Can Work It Out' and 'She Said She Said' are two of them. More of them come from 1967 on than from the first four years, six against two. The singing splits John on four, George on two and Paul on one. On 'Only a Northern Song', the chorus moves between 3/4 and 4/4. On 'Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!' it is 4/4 verses, 3/4 instrumentals.
