It gathers thirteen songs, from 1962 to 1969, almost the length of their recording life. More of the A Hard Day's Night album has it than any other album, three of its thirteen tracks. It starts with 'P.S. I Love You' and ends with 'Something'. More of them come from 1965 or earlier than from 1967 on, ten against two. Paul owns the singing here, six of the thirteen, against two for George, with John on one. McCartney wrote eight of the thirteen, 'I Want to Hold Your Hand' and 'She Loves You' among them, 9% of his songs against 4% of Harrison's.
