It is heard on eight recordings, from 1963 to 1968. More of the Help! album has it than any other album, two of its fourteen tracks. It begins on 'Ask Me Why' and finishes on 'Julia'. Two of them are 'Not a Second Time' and 'You Like Me Too Much'. It drops out of their records and comes back more than once, with no record from 1964 or 1966. Among them, 'Penny Lane' has piccolo trumpet, and only one other recording does.
