songs
Eight recordings have it, from 1962 to 1969, most of their years in the studio. 'P.S. I Love You' is the earliest and 'Something' the last. 'Misery' and 'I Want to Hold Your Hand' have it too. It goes quiet after 1964 and comes back in 1967 for 'Getting Better'. The lead vocals go John on two, Paul on two and George on one. McCartney and Lennon reach for it at the same rate, 6% and 5% of their own songs. Among them, 'Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand' has Rickenbacker 425 on it, one of only two of their recordings that do.
