It turns up on ten recordings, for nearly the whole run, 1963 to 1969. It first turns up on 'I Saw Her Standing There', cut 11 February 1963, and was last heard on 'The End'. 'The Word' and 'Got to Get You into My Life' are two of them. More of them come from 1967 on than from the first four years, six against two. McCartney and Lennon reach for it at the same rate, 7% and 6% of their own songs. Of the ten, 'She Said She Said' is in E♭ major, one of only five of their recordings in that key.
